Eoin Brosnan
BCL GRADUATE from UCC in 2000 and Qualified Solicitor in JANUARY 2005
Eoin joined his father’s practice in 2000 following his graduation from UCC. Eoin has extensive experience and expertise in all areas of general practice including Criminal Law, Family Law, Personal Injury Action, Civil and Commercial Litigation, Employment, Probate Law, Will drafting, Residential and Commercial Conveyancing. Eoin has been a legal advisor to many large new developments in the Kerry area.
A keen sportsman who enjoys watching all sports, he is a golfer and is also an active playing member of the Dr. Crokes Senior Gaelic Football Team in Killarney. He previously represented Kerry, Munster and Ireland and is a holder of three All-Ireland Senior Medals.

Emer O'Sullivan
Joined Brosnan & Co in 2017
Emer qualified as a solicitor in 2010 and joined Brosnan & Co Solicitors in 2017. Prior to joining the practice, she worked in the litigation and dispute resolution department of a top tier law firm in Dublin, in-house in a semi state body and in an employment law practice. She has experience in all areas of general practice and in particular Civil and Commercial Litigation, Alternative Dispute Resolution, Employment Law, Debt Collection, Commercial Law and Wills and Probate.
John Morley

John qualified as a solicitor in 2020 and joined Brosnan & Co Solicitors in 2021. John trained in a top international firm in Dublin. Prior to joining Brosnan & Co Solicitors John worked in a leading corporate department working on domestic and international corporate transactions. John has experience in Civil and Commercial Litigation, Landlord and Tenant Disputes, Debt Collection, Corporate Transactions, Commercial Law and Wills and Probate.
